A Little Santa on a Pick for you! (Light left)



Ho Ho HO! Merry Chrtistmas! I have two really neat Santas for your consideration today~Santa is sculpted in mache, with mache mitten hands, and hanging candle lantern. He is one of my new Santa PICKS~ permanently attached to a bamboo spike, so you can stick him into your Holiday greenery, wreaths, table centerpieces ect for a special added holiday touch! Rusty wire and jingle bells accent the spike, and jingle ever so softly when they move. He is holding a staff I made of sisal pine and pip berries, and on the tip hangs his lantern to help light his way~it wiggles and swings at the slightest movement. He wears a red silk coat trimmed in rabbit fur, with real lambswool beard, moustache and curly curly eyebrows!
He is a one of a kind Diamond K Folk Art Original, and I know you will love him! The cone that he is pictured in is NOT included~ he stands 5" tall, with spike included, 10".

Rosa, all Dressed for the Holidays

Merry Christmas! Rosa is all spiffy'd up for the Christmas Eve dance ~ she wears her favorite Holiday dress in antique red block printed paisley and has tied her skirt with a pretty green silk ribbon that matches her green shoes. Her earrings are antique brass bobs and her Mum has let her borrow her double strand necklace of antique steel cuts~ they catch the candle light and sparkle so prettily! She is 13" tall, and is a Diamond K Fok Art Original, One of a Kind Tuck Comb doll. I hand sculpted her head, arms and legs from mache, and painted her hair up in a whispy bob so popular in the early 1800s. Her hair and comb are sculpted in mache as well. I have hand stitched all her clothes, and they are fully removable~ she wears antique cotton pantaloon and shift underneath~
